Naturally you can pay for all meals and other benefits during the meeting yourself, but this would cost you much more and would be at least very inconvenient. So we recommend you book our whole meeting package for only 125,00 €.

Additionally we offer you for an extra charge of 10 Euro, a shuttle service, this is a carpool that brings you on Friday and Saturday evening between 11 pm and 3 am from the meeting to the hotel and brings you back from the hotel to the meeting on Saturday between 8.00 and 9.00 am and on Sunday between 9.00 and 10.00 am.
For lunch and dinner we offer you a choice of meal with meat, with fish or a vegetarian option. We will ask you for your choice some weeks before the meeting in a separate email.
Please note that it is now too late for booking meals for the meeting, and also too late for booking meeting packages.
Guests who only want to see the talks and do not want to purchase other benefits, have also the possibility to pay the participant fee of 35,00 € directly at the meeting.
