For Friday as well as Saturday evenings, we also organized a Shuttle Service from 11:00 p.m. to 3.00 a.m., as well as for Saturday morning 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. and Sunday morning from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m.. This Shuttle Service costs an additional 10 Euro.
The hotel offers its own car park, which, however, costs 7.00 Euro per night.
For all participants of the International L-Numbers Days, we reserved a special contingent of rooms. This is available till the 26th of October 2009. After that, you can of course still get rooms, but neither availability nor prices can be guaranteed afterwards.
The rates for single rooms are 60.00 Euro /night and 64.00 Euro for a double room and of course include a hearty breakfast.
The ACHAT Hotel Airport-Hannover is a modern, 4 star hotel with additional apartment house. All rooms are equipped with a bath tub or shower/toilet, cable TV, telephone, internet connection, desk, minibar and hair dryer and in part also offer a balcony.
Please directly contact the hotel to order your room, but please let them know that you will be a guest at the International L-Numbers Days and want to book a room from the special contingent (reservation number: 13736).
Room reservations can be done via Email (Roomreservation), per telephone (+49 511 7719610) or by fax (+49 511 77196196).
Please note also already at the reservation, whether you would like a smokers or a nonsmokers room and also, whether you intend to arrive unusually late or leave very early. In general, rooms are available from 2 p.m. Everything else requires special arrangements, but are, of course, possible.
In case you would like to save some money and would like to have a double room, but don´t have a roommate at hand, we arranged a “room market”, you can find it at the menu item Sharing Rooms. There, you can enter requests and offers for roommates.
If you would like to stay an additional night in Hannover, you can also get the special price arranged for guests. Unfortunately, the preceding nights, will not be available with our specially arranged prices.
