PlanetCatfish.com has been around on the internet since 1996, in more than twelve years it’s become the largest and most diverse catfish site around. The site features over 400 articles, a new featured species every month and has over 12,000 images from several hundred contributors and has over five thousand registered users from all corners of the globe.

More recently “Planet” has been developing ways for these users to display their aquaria, register which species they are keeping and in what numbers and conditions.

Based in Scotland, the site is run by Julian Dignall, a keen catfish enthusiast.
